    Instructions
    1. Peel onion, wash tomatoes and paprika. Peel tomatoes and paprika and finely chop with onion. Tofu crumble, mix with vegetable cubes and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degree
    2. Filo diagonally halve. Spread the filling on the long side and fold the sides. Roll the dough with filling to the top . Place the filo pastry rolls with the seam down on a baking tray covered with baking paper, spread with water and bake in the oven on a medium rail for approx for 25-30 minutes
    3. For the dip, wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Whisk the curd mixture with the mineral water, add onion rings and season with salt and pepper and serve

    • The dumplings were good. I added some diced carrots, celery, garlic and ginger to make the dumplings a little more flavorful.
