Wash and clean the turnip green, then boiled it into salt water. when it is ready , put them to drain then leave to be cool
Mash them on plate , and seasoning with salt and pepper
Open roll puff of pastry, on a half dish out turnip and grated cheese , then leaving aside a little. fold the other half of the dough over the filling and with the help of a rolling pin , solder well dough with ingredients
Cut the dough into strip 1 cm wide and gently twist , two strips together then sealing well end
Place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking pepper brushed with beaten egg and sprinkle grated cheese aside
Bake at 220 degree for about 15 minutes till golden brown
